Clinical Supervisor, BCBA
Responsibilities
Model agency values at all times
Promote a supportive work environment with all colleagues
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet client/family needs
Complete intakes and assessment for assigned clients
Develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to the needs, goals and objectives of the client
Train all Behavior Technicians (BT) to implement the individualized plan
Supervise designated BT a minimum of 5% ratio of their total hours worked per month
Review clinical documentation with trainees or interns as part of the supervision process
Review case notes and treatment plan data collected by the Behavior Technicians
Implement the treatment plan with client and family as needed
Fully document each observation and maintain documentation in the confidential client file
Maintain a weekly billable minimum of 25 hours
Qualifications
Ability to pass a background check consistent with 43.43 RCW
Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Preferred 2+ years assessing, developing and implementing treatment plans
Preferred 2+ years training and managing direct staff and supervisors
Preferred 2+ years developing teaching strategies
Preferred 2+ years working with groups of children
Preferred Safety Care Specialist Certification
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Experience with approaches to social skills intervention
Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Ability to utilize fax, phone systems, and other office technologies as necessary for the position
Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emails
Current on all required trainings/certifications (e.g. First Aid, CPR, Safety Care, and Board Certification)
Required Education: Master’s Degree in fields that are relevant to Applied Behavior Analysis

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed (dependent on your caseload)

Compensation: $77,000 - $87,000 annually; dependent on experience
